Oakley aviator mens glasses

I love these glasses, my only complaint is their size. They are a little bigger than most which is fine if dont wear a ball cap with them. When wearing a ball cap, the glasses push down on the bridge of my nose, making them slightly uncomfortable for long periods and will leave marks. They look great and work great otherwise

Bought with Amazon Prime, great Oakley Aviator-style sunglasses. Original Oakley box was opened before, glasses were damaged (one nosepad was missing/broken off), and fingerprints all over the lenses. Returned back to Amazon. Otherwise very nice glasses, will buy at a local store to see product in person before purchase again.

The wrap around sunglasses destroyer

I absolutely love these things. I have worn oakley gas cans and other similar brands versions for years. I saw a pair of these on a trip to hawaii in a store and tried them on. Boy am I glad I did. I instantly fell in love with them. If they weren't way more expensive at that store i would have bought them right then and there. But once I tried them on I knew these were destined to be added to my collection asap. So the first chance I got upon leaving that store i logged onto my amazon account and bought a pair. I love the shape and how light they are you can hardly tell they are on your face. The polarization is spot on and work great. And being oakley they are always top notch in terms of quality and fit and finish. So after all these years of wearing sporty sun glasses these have definitely swayed me to try and branch out a bit and I'm super glad I did. If your on the fence about picking some up for yourself do yourself a favor and get them now if not sooner. When you do and you fall in love like i did then you can thank me later.

I absolutely love these glasses but they are a little too small just enough that they are not comfortable. I have other 58mm glasses and don’t experience this issue. Which they were available in a 60mm

Great clarity

First oakleys in a long time since I hate paying so much and losing them!!! But bought two of these since they were 50% off in two different colors. Both colors are solid and I have to admit that the clarity of the prism lense is way more defined than my shady rays and knock off and polarized lenses I use for my wiley x! I am very happy with my purchase but wish they were a little cheaper! One star knocked for beat up boxes and a loose hinge! These things fit bigger heads vs the the oakley whiskers.

I got these on sale so I was loving the price. Optics are what I've come to expect from Oakley, they look and fit great and are light weight and comfortable to wear all day.

Great lens - not so great nose pads

I love the lens quality, and the green mirror makes colors saturate very nicely, but the gray base does come through on this, so if you don't like gray sunglasses, keep that in mind.One negative though is the nose pads are not cushioned well. It's like a thin plastic bubble nose-pad that is hollow on the inside, instead of a cushioned gel-type nose pad. That makes it hurt your nose after a short period of time. However, you can pickup $3 replacement nose pads that work great with it.

Nice frames, overpriced.

The frames are nice, but at this price point I would want a higher quality lens than what Oakley offers. Not that their bad. Just not up to say Maui Jim quality.

Great optics

I bought the Prizm 24k Polarized lens version on a whim because they look cool. The optics are surprisingly good, its a bronze lens that looks a little more rose-violet in reality. It takes a couple seconds for your eyes to adjust, then the contrast really becomes apparent. This is a really nice lens for really bright days and driving in overcast. This is NOT a low light lens, it's a dark lens.The frame is ok, it's made in China and solid. Nothing special, what you'd expect for an Oakley metal frame.

I love the fit of these Oakley Contrail Aviators

I love these aviators. My ears set back on my head further than average I guess because glasses with bent arms always sit with the tip of the arm resting near the top of my ears. These have a straight arm design eliminating the need for adjuatment AND they stay on my head without slipping forward. On top of that I love the style so these are an absolute win-win for me.

These glasses are nice and comfortable to wear, and you can use ear defenders with them as well without getting any sore areas.
The quality of the lens is perfect, and it really enhances the greens and whites. It also reduces the glare from what you’re looking at very well. I can recommend these glasses.

Bought 1st in an Oakley Store but then Got These!

Looking at the reviews, it seems the product sent to me has gotten better. I decided to give it a chance since it was 50% off and allowed returns! I had just bought them in an Oakley store for 20% off a couple hours earlier. The glasses arrived next day and were flawless. Box, label... everything matched. Was able to successfully return my instore purchase. If you have tried these on and wanted them, then feel a bit confident to get them here.

Glasses look good and feel good on the face. Lenses do a great job of blocking uv. A lot of light comes in around the frames, do they are great with a ball cap, but not that great without.

Satin Chrome/Prizm Sapphire

I liked my first pair enough that I bought more. The bridge allows the glasses to sit well on my nose and the spring hinges help keep the glasses comfortably in place. I'm a big spring hinge guy, so I was happy to find this aviator type style that fit my face well. The Sapphire lens color is unique but not obnoxious--I really like it. Coordinates well with the gun metal frame color. The Prizm lenses are clear and noticeably better than cheaper sunglasses. I used to keep some Raybans in each vehicle but I am now changing over to the Contrails. My lenses are not polarized, so I do not have any issues viewing objects through my tinted windows or displays such as gas station pumps. Despite not being polarized, they do a very good job at cutting down on harsh glare.

They are made in china but they do not feel cheap at all. Definitely appear to be the real deal in my opinion. Ill probably exchange for a different color lense but thats just because of personal preference. Great sunglasses

Not Good For Motorcycle

This is my 3rd pair of Oakley's and I have no doubt the quality is great, but I primarily bought these for riding my motorcycle and they don't wrap my face well enough to keep the wind out of my eyes. Anything over 70 MPH causes my eyes to tear up. I'm keeping them, but I found another style that has more of a wrap than the Contrail and I'll have my 4th pair of Oakley's shortly. This is just a heads up for anyone considering these for riding.

The Oakley Ejector wire framed sun glasses fit my face well and are perfect for year round outdoor activities: Winter skiing, golfing, pickle ball, boating, bike riding, etc. The polarized lenses offer excellent sun protection and hold their position on my face when exercising. Winner!

Great glasses if your eyes work and you don’t like bright light or staring at the sun. These glasses are NOT bullet resistant and are not a good alternative to a welding mask.

Very similar to the Conductor frames, just slightly larger lenses and a smaller bridge. In the picture the blue ones are the Ejectors. Great quality and the hinges are smooth (same quality as all my wire frames from Oakley).

Overall a good purchase at a good price.

So far so good. The fit is comfortable for my face appears to block a lot of the rays. Only downside is the type of screen you have to look at when you are out and about. I can't see the screens on cash machines, card readers, and various other screens unless I take off the glasses.

What more can I say they are Oakleys

Have had several pair of Oakley sunglasses. Loved them all, so comfortable to wear and durable. Never needed to replace a pair just wanted a different look. Prizm lenses keep glare down but add definition in shade.
